AS9100 Consulting Services is provided by Key Management Consulting, founded by Billy Matthews. With over 35 years of direct experience in Quality Management and Operations Management, we have dealt with the daily realities of those positions — not just consulted on them from the outside.

Our focus has always been on small and medium businesses. We understand the multiple responsibilities, the daily interruptions, and the fact that in small companies, everyone wears many hats. That lived experience shapes everything about how we design and implement quality systems.

We have guided companies from startup all the way through AS9100 and ISO 9001 certification, and we have helped many others maintain their systems cost-effectively through our Fractional Quality Manager program.
